Ultra-Light A universal automotive brake pipe flaring tool that produces all SAE and DIN flares as well as the special flares used by Citroen and Rolls-Royce. Vice mounted with nothing to set or adjust, pipe positioning is automatic and there is a fail-safe method for locating the unique hardened and wedge-shaped clamps. Different part numbers are used to determine the punch and clamp sets supplied with each tool. All sizes are available from 3/16" (4.75mm) to 1/2" (12mm) including 3.5mm, 4.5mm and 6.35mm Citroen and Rolls Royce. Available in a range of colours and own branded if required. Universal-Light Similar to the Ultra - Light, but designed for more regular use. Weight approx 7kgs.

Universal-Heavy Much the same tool as the Universal Light, but designed for extra durability and constant use with the larger pipe diameters up to 1/2" (12mm). Again Universal because it is able to produce flares for all SAE and DIN vehicle brake pipes including the special ones used by Citroen and Rolls Royce. Vice mounted, with nothing to set or adjust, this tool will last indefinitely whilst producing consistently good flares. Different part numbers are used to determine the clamp and punch sets supplied with each set, all sizes are available from 3/16" to 1/2" (3.5 to 12mm). Semi-Automatic Similar to the Universal, with many of the same features-but faster since it is lever operated. Ideally this tool should be bench mounted but it can be vice mounted. All Universal clamps can be used in this tool with exception of Citroen. Gross weight approx 9kgs.

Automatic The fastest flaring tool in our range, this tool will perform best if bolted down to a workbench allowing the handle to drop free. The tool features a unique method for automatically lining up, clamping and releasing the flared pipe. Able to produce pipes in less than 15 seconds, this tool will appeal to the serious pipe producer. In addition to the standard SAE and DIN flares, the Automatic can now be used to produce Citroen pipes, the flares for air conditioning, power steering and similar auto application pipes using our new 'Adaptor' kit. Adapta-KIT For use with the Automatic to enable it to produce many special flares used in the automotive industry including air conditioning, power steering and other similar applications. Special clamps and punches can be made to enable customers to manufacture pipes to their specific requirements.

General The heaviest duty flaring tool in our range, the General will produce flares for all car and van brake pipes, fuel lines, power steering pipes and similar applications. Vice or bench mounting. Very heavy duty for hard usage and extremely long service. Supplied unboxed. Weight approx. 10kgs.
