About Adobe Acrobat PDF documents (created in Adobe Acrobat) keep fonts, formatting, colours and images intact regardless of which platform or software application you use, so the documents you view on screen will have the same look and feel as they do in hard-copy format. All you need to view and print your documents is the free Adobe Acrobat Reader software. It's easy to download from the Adobe site. Once you get a copy, you can distribute it yourself to as many people as you like so that they to can view and print PDF documents. Viewing PDF files from within your browser Installing the Web browser plug-in: If your Web browser supports the Netscape API architecture, copy the Web browser plug-in to your browser's Plug-in folder. If you are using a Netscape Navigator browser, the Acrobat installer attempts to install the plug-in for you. To install the web browser plug-in (Windows): 1. Open file manager or Windows Explorer. 2. Locate the Acrobat 3.0\Exchange\browser folder. 3. Copy the NPPDF32.dII file to your web browser's plug-in folder.
